• We do not control the shipping process, so any delays caused by shippers are out of our control.
  • Certain products need to be refrigerated as soon as received.
  • We ship out refrigerated and frozen items only on Monday, Tuesdays, and Wednesdays. They are packaged in insulated bags, with either gel packs or ice. We use expedited shipping to ship out these items, but we cannot take responsibility for delays due to shipper conditions.
  • Our Delicacies are made to order. We usually need 2-3 business days to make the product, after which we will ship it out.
  • All cancellations come with a 6% processing fee. If you wish to cancel or modify an order, you must contact us by email as soon as possible. We cannot cancel or change your order if the shipping label has already been created.
  • Sinful Temptations is not responsible for lost or damaged packages if you cannot receive a box and the driver leaves the package by your door.
  • Unfortunately, we cannot accept any food or consumable product returns to maintain our customers’ food safety and health standards. If you receive an item with a broken seal or suspect tampering, please email us a photo showing your concern. We will review your evidence and, in most cases, will issue a refund.
